Easy, Clean, Pleasant -Great experience
Great, friendly service. Easy to find. Kayaks were clean and in good shape. We did the 2-3 hour run. Calm, easy paddle - was really more of a controlled float, which was fine by us. We stopped snacks on a bank and in general took out sweet time and found the three hour estimate was about right. We went on a Tuesday during high season and other than seeing two people just ahead of us in the beginning we never saw another soul. Perfection. Wildlife, we saw several turtles, muskrat (beaver maybe), and heron. Very relaxing morning. Advanced paddlers may find it a bit boring but it was just we wanted this day.
Absolutely love this place. Amy and her staff dealt with our obnoxious group of tubers so well. And the PM is gorgeous!
