Had tankless hot water heater, they replaced it with new unit, not working right called 3 times left messages to have them come back, showed up unannounced , played with it for hour and a half , still not right, he said he'd get back with me in a couple days, it's been 2 weeks , 2 more calls and no response and still no hot water
